We never got called for our order. Had to go ask twice about it and my frappuccino had been in the counter for a while already melting. We were missing a latte which they said we did not order but we had paid for it. They never gave us a receipt and we didn't ask for one (mistake on my end) thinking it was ok since when they read the order it was fine and I gave my name to pick up the order. The supervisor on site was rude and not helpful. She did not want to give us our latte and said we had to pay again. When I asked if they could locate our order with the card I had paid with, they gave us what seemed like our medium size latte. When we go to sit down it was a regular black coffee. On top of that, the other employees and supervisor kept looking at us and talking to what seemed to be about us. Very dissapointed at their attitude and how they handled their mistake. Also, the restrooms were not very clean and had a bad smell. To be in the downtown palms springs I was expecting a more friendly environment to tourists.

My order took a long time and they never called me. I had to go and ask for it myself. The staff was rude and said I didn' t pay for that. They didn't give me the receipt, so I had no proof. Then after a lot of arguing they gave a regular cofee to me and it was not what I order. Finally the staff was looking and talking bad things about me.

This location is awesome! I come here to work at least 3 times a week and the atmosphere is very relaxed and you get great service. I've always had great experiences at all coffee beans, and this location is not the exception. I enjoy it better than any other coffee shops. Love it!!!

I miss this chain. Their matcha latte is really nice and they seem to care that their coffee tastes good. It is like a more low-key and humble version of Starbucks.
